These Affiliate & Referral Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the Pocketfolio Referral Program ("Program") operated by Pocketfolio (CORPORATE ID: 3-102-938342) ("Pocketfolio," "we," "our," or "us").
By enrolling as an affiliate or referring new users, you agree to comply with these Terms and all other Pocketfolio policies.
2. Program Overview
The Pocketfolio Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions or rewards for referring new users to the Pocketfolio Platform.
Each referred user (“Referral”) must:
- Register using your unique referral link or code
- Complete KYC verification
- Actively use the Platform (create an account and connect an exchange via API)
- Meet any minimum activity thresholds defined by Pocketfolio
3. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a verified Pocketfolio account in good standing
- Not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction
- Agree not to engage in misleading or unethical promotional practices
Pocketfolio reserves the right to accept or reject applicants at its discretion.
4. Commission Structure
Commissions may be calculated as a percentage of platform subscription fees or fixed promotional rewards, depending on the program tier.
Commission rates, payout schedules, and eligible activities are detailed on the official Affiliate Dashboard.
Pocketfolio reserves the right to modify rates or structures at any time, provided reasonable notice is given.
Pocketfolio reserves the right to revoke commissions for referrals found to be fraudulent or in violation of the Terms.
5. Tracking and Attribution
Referrals are tracked via unique referral links, cookies, or user IDs.
Pocketfolio determines attribution in its sole discretion.
If multiple affiliates refer the same user, credit will be given to the affiliate whose link was used at signup.
6. Payouts
Payouts are processed via third-party payment providers to the affiliate's registered payment method.
Minimum payout thresholds and frequency are defined on the Affiliate Dashboard.
Pocketfolio may apply AML/CFT checks before releasing payouts.
Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on received rewards.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates must not:
- Use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading advertising
- Create fake accounts or self-referrals
- Use “Pocketfolio” trademarks in domain names or paid ads without written consent
- Use phrases implying guaranteed income, profits, or financial return
- Target restricted jurisdictions or unverified users
Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
8. Compliance and Transparency
Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable laws, including:
- Advertising regulations and disclosure requirements
- Anti-money laundering (AML) standards
- Data privacy obligations
All promotional content must clearly disclose that the affiliate earns commissions through referrals.
9. Termination
Pocketfolio may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for:
- Policy violations
- Fraudulent referrals
- Inactivity over prolonged periods
- Compliance or regulatory concerns
Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be withheld in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
10. Liability and Indemnity
Pocketfolio makes no guarantee regarding the performance or earnings of referrals.
Affiliates participate at their own risk.
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Pocketfolio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from affiliate conduct, promotions, or violations.
11. Program Changes
Pocketfolio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time.
Notice will be provided via email or platform updates.
