Pocketfolio (CORPORATE ID: 3-102-938342) ("Pocketfolio," "we," "our," or "us") operates as a technology platform providing market data, analytics, and execution tools. Pocketfolio does not custody, hold, or manage user funds.

All trading activity and asset movements occur directly on user-connected exchange accounts.

By using Pocketfolio, you agree to the terms of this Policy, as well as our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and AML/KYC Policy.

2. Platform Fees

Pocketfolio may charge fees for access to certain features and services, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription plans
  • Feature-based access tiers
  • API usage limits
  • Advanced analytics tools
  • Premium support services

All fees relate only to platform access and software services, not to trading activity or financial outcomes.

3. Payments

Payments for Pocketfolio services may be processed through:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • Cryptocurrency payment processors
  • Third-party billing providers

Pocketfolio does not process, store, or handle user trading funds.

All billing transactions are handled through external payment providers and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

4. Refunds

Refunds apply only to platform fees, not to any trading activity, market outcomes, or third-party services.

Refunds may be granted at Pocketfolio’s discretion in cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Failed feature access due to platform issues

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Market losses
  • Exchange activity
  • API execution results
  • Third-party outages
  • User configuration errors

All approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.

5. No Asset Handling

Pocketfolio does not:

  • Accept deposits
  • Process withdrawals
  • Hold balances
  • Manage wallets
  • Credit profits
  • Freeze or return funds

All asset transfers and balances are managed exclusively through user-selected third-party exchanges.

6. Subscription Changes

Users may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by law.

7. Account Termination

Upon account termination:

  • Platform access is revoked
  • Subscription billing ceases
  • No asset transfers are handled by Pocketfolio
  • Users remain responsible for managing their exchange accounts independently

8. Third-Party Services

Pocketfolio may integrate with third-party billing or payment providers.

Pocketfolio is not responsible for:

  • Payment processor outages
  • Failed transactions
  • Currency conversion fees
  • Third-party service disputes

Users must resolve such issues directly with the relevant provider.

9. Policy Updates

Pocketfolio reserves the right to update this Policy periodically.

Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.

Continued use of Pocketfolio constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
